    1 Can I smoke in the room?

    No, you cannot smoke inside your room or on the fourth Floor. We only offer non-smoking rooms. Failing to cooperate will result in a severe fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the entire site. There are two designated smoking areas, kindly ask the front desk staff to assist.

    2 Are there rooms with wheelchair access?

    Unfortunately, None of our rooms are wheelchair accessible.

    3 Can you recommend nearby restaurants?

    There are a variety of restaurants offering a variety of meals near the apartment hotel. Our staff will gladly recommend something based on your budget and taste. Alternatively kindly refer to our Experiences page for our guidebook.

    4 What are your cancellation policies?

    The rates offered on this website are non-refundable. If you do not show up for check-in or cancel your booking you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.

    No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.

    Stay extensions require a new reservation.

    5 Do you offer business rates?

    Yes. Simply contact us for the current rates.

    6 How do I get to the hotel?

    Kindly refer to the location information provided in your booking confirmation email.

    7 Why do you need my credit card information?

    The credit card information is used as a guarantee in case you do not show up or decide to cancel at the last minute. A no-show could result in additional fees equivalent to a night’s stay.

    8 Can I request a crib for a baby or an additional bed for a third person in a double occupancy room? How much will it cost?

    You can request an additional bed for your room when making the reservation to ensure its availability (extra fees may apply. Contact us for the rates)

    9 Can we bring our pets?

    Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed.

    Our rooms include a vast array of amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

    11 Where can we park our vehicle?

    We have a large parking area which can fit any type of vehicle. Buses and trailer trucks can park safely beside the hotel.

    12 Is there an elevator in the hotel?

    There is no elevator. The apartment is accessible by stairs only.

    13 Do your rooms include a workspace?

    Each of our rooms has a workspace along with free access to Wi-Fi. You can print, fax or scan documents at the reception (at a fee).

    14 Is there a restaurant on location?

    For now, there is no restaurant on sitel. However, you have access to a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance from the apartment.

    15 Is there a breakfast included in our stay? If so, at what time is it served?

    Breakfast can be ordered at a fee at the front desk. Breakfast is served between 7:30am to 9:00am Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays)

    16 Is there Wi-Fi in every room?

    High speed wireless internet is offered for free in all the apartments and communal areas on the fourth Floor.

    17 How do I request an early check-in or late check-out?

    Please call or Whatsapp us on 0246 94 8098 or state your estimated time of arrival in the Notes form at the time of booking.

    18 Can I keep my room after the standard check out time?

    Standard Checkout is at 11am. Kindly contact us if you intend to extend your stay.

    19 What is the checkout time?

    Customers must check out at 11am.

    20 At what time can we check into our room?

    Guest check-in starts at 2PM. Early Check-in or late Check-out is subject to availability (extra charges may apply). Kindly contact us to confirm arrangements. 

    The front desk is open Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

    Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact us in advance  to confirm estimated time of arrival.
